As the practice grew, they moved from South Clayton Street office to a large, new facility conveniently located near the Gwinnett Medical Center on Old Norcross Road.
To serve North Gwinnett County, they opened their second office in Dacula on Hog Mountain Road which near Hamilton Mill area. The group practice expanded when Dr Kartikeya P. Patel (1997), Dr. Arati H. Joshi (2005), and Dr. Rekha Kesavan (2011) joined the Gwinnett Internal Medicine Associates team.
They provide in-patient services at Gwinnett Medical Center (Duluth and Lawrenceville campus) and Emory-Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA. They are on attending
staff at several Nursing and Assisted Living facilities. In spite of the practice’s growth, their mission statement still holds true… to provide compassionate, comprehensive, personalized healthcare to their patients.
